Heritage Villa by Aayu - 10 mins walk to Armenian St

We travelled as a family of two adults, a 74-year-old semi-dependent mother, and two children. On arrival, we were told that each room was strictly limited to three people, though that wasn't stated in the property policy. The listing mentioned a free extra bed or cot, which made the limit confusing and misleading. Since our booking couldn't be refunded, we had to leave and lost what we had paid. The extra-large bed was smaller than we expected, and the narrow, steep stairs didn't seem safe or suitable for our elderly mother and family. The listing needs accurate occupancy and accessibility details to prevent this happening to other guests. Very disappointing experience at Heritage Villa by Aayu.

A comfortable place to stay alone, with a clean space, a friendly host, and a safe area. It's also easy to get around from here. Great for solo travelers.

We loved having cold water available in the living area. The rooms were super clean and stylish, and the location was great. We never saw the host, but there was a handwritten note, and they answered quickly on WhatsApp. They sorted out our extra request within a few hours. We'd definitely stay again. There was some karaoke noise, but it stopped fairly early in the evening, so it wasn't a problem.

The room was spacious, the neighborhood quiet, and the host kindly gave us a one-hour late checkout. We really liked the villa and wanted to give it five stars, but a few things got in the way. Loud karaoke from a nearby place disturbed the last night, while footsteps on the noisy wooden stairs and slamming room doors could be heard even from the ground floor. The worst issue was dirty water from the shared living area sink being redirected into our bathroom sink. We reported it, but it happened twice more. The host should put up a clear reminder to keep food waste out of the sink and use the garbage bin. With some improvements, the place has a lot of potential.
