For an affordable stay, this 3-star hotel offers great value. The room was spotless, staff were friendly, and there are plenty of places to eat right across the road. Live music from over there gets pretty loud, so light sleepers may want earplugs. Still, it’s a solid budget option for convenience.

We lost nearly two hours trying to find parking. Paying guests shouldn’t have to spend that long looking for a spot after paying for accommodation. The lot was full of vehicles that seemed to belong to non-guests, and one car was taking up two spaces. Staff didn’t act even though it was obvious. The lack of enforcement and management was extremely frustrating and affected our stay, leaving a poor impression. If the hotel can’t keep spaces available for guests, its parking system needs serious improvement. I hope management takes this seriously and prioritizes guests while enforcing the parking rules.

We stayed for 2 nights and loved it. The rooms were spacious, the staff helpful, and check-in went smoothly. Armenian street is nearby and easy to reach on foot. Definitely recommend it if you want a good budget option.

We got a free room upgrade, and the staff were really nice and helpful. The room was spacious, the location was great for walking to points of interest, and there was lots of parking both in the compound and along the street. A decent hotel at a reasonable price.

I haven’t even started my stay, and already the arrangements have left me unsure whether to keep this booking or cancel and choose another property. The platform offered paid add-ons for parking and early check-in, but neither seems assured. When I contacted the hotel after booking, they said early check-in depends on availability, which I understand, and parking is still first-come, first-served. I asked how the extra charges were justified but got no explanation. There’s also a timing discrepancy: the platform lists check-in at 2:00 PM, while the hotel messaged that its standard time is 3:00 PM. The attached snapshot showed the option to pay extra for the additional benefits, so I’m concerned that what was advertised may not be provided.
