Tonight Hotel

We booked the triple room through Agoda for RM2++, since it was the only option listed with a TV, terrace, and free parking. What we found was very different from that listing. The hotel said it doesn’t provide free parking and told us to use MBPP public parking and pay ourselves. The room seemed hastily prepared. There was no terrace, and no TV, which staff said was “spoiled.” It was extremely small and cramped for three people, with a bathroom so tiny you could barely move while showering. There were no toiletries, a used towel, insects, bed stains, and a strong unpleasant odor. It was obvious the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained. When we asked about the missing facilities, staff said they didn’t have them, despite the Agoda listing. We chose not to stay because of the room’s condition and missing amenities, then requested cancellation, but it wasn’t handled properly. We complained through Agoda, but the property didn’t respond to Agoda about it. There was no accountability. This was a very disappointing and misleading experience. We paid for specific facilities and got a room far below basic standards for cleanliness and honesty. Future guests should be extremely cautious and confirm the details directly before booking.
