We checked in for one night before my family and I attended an event in KL the next day. Most things were nice, and they do have a washing machine. Unfortunately, the master bedroom air conditioner didn’t work, and the unit I rented had just one shared bathroom for two bedrooms.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and check-out was quick and straightforward. There was a RM200 check-in fee, but I had no issue with it. Parking was easy to find, which was a relief. I did notice an unpleasant smell at reception, though thankfully it didn’t reach the apartment. The apartment was spacious, immaculately clean and well equipped, with a washing machine, microwave and TV game system. The air conditioning kept it refreshingly cold, and the heater worked properly when needed. The balcony view was breathtaking. On weekdays the six-floor elevator was nearly always empty, so rides were quick and hassle-free. A minor smell at the desk aside, I had a delightful and comfortable stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this homestay.

The warm pool was the most enjoyable part, and the weather was always cool. Our clean, comfortable apartment faced the cliff and had a beautiful view. There was enough kitchen equipment, and the location made it easy to find food nearby. There’s a 99 seppedmart, too.

I waited more than two hours before anyone showed me where to check in, and the staff weren’t helpful. My experience was extremely bad, and I don’t think the accommodation is suitable for Arabs. It’s not a hotel, but a group of buildings connected to a hotel. I absolutely don’t recommend it.
