This was a big disappointment. There was no Wi-Fi, the TV didn’t work, and the room had no ironing board. There were only two small mirrors, one in the bathroom and one above the bed. I booked through Agoda and didn’t realize this wasn’t a hotel. When I went to the lobby reception counter, nobody was there. The guards asked for my unit number, but I hadn’t checked in yet and didn’t know it. They gave me a phone number, but the woman who answered said I shouldn’t call her and passed me another number. The man at that number asked where I’d got it. After I explained, he had his staff contact me on WhatsApp.
