We left without staying the night because both rooms were unbearable. In the first, the bin still had rubbish, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, and the beds hadn’t been made. The replacement wasn’t any better: mold covered the walls, the tables were very dusty, the smell was unbearable, and the whole room was untidy. We couldn’t get a refund. The hotel offered a complimentary room, but I didn’t want another one in that condition. The manager told us to request a refund through Expedia and apologized for our experience, then went on to deny the refund request there. A really bad place to stay. I’d look elsewhere in ipoh.

The room was filthy, with lots of lizard droppings, and the toilet was crawling with cockroaches. The bathroom was extremely dirty, and there was hair all over the towels, which didn’t seem properly cleaned. Only one plug worked. The corridor by the room maintenance area felt like a haunted place. They didn’t provide toiletries, so we had to buy them.

There were birds all around, and inside I found visible footprints plus plenty of dust and dirt behind the door. The hotel wasn’t clean. It may be old, but cleanliness still needs to be maintained.

The fried noodles we ordered from the cafe smelled like burnt smoke. And the toilet was just as dirty as other comments said, with an awful-smelling, filthy bowl that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. I don’t know if there was a manager on duty.
