The room smells awful, though I have no idea where it’s coming from. Maybe the curtains. I couldn’t sleep well because of it, and buying an air freshener didn’t help. I’m here for two nights and can’t stand the smell, so now I have to buy Febreze for the curtains and sheets. It feels like we have to clean the hotel ourselves. Please do better. This smell is so stressful.

When I walked into the room, I was already concerned to see dust on the mattresses, comforters, and pillows, along with some unexplained black spots. One of our family members got scabies because the room’s hygiene was so awful. Please address this for the sake of customers’ comfort and hygiene before we take the matter to the authorities responsible.

The receptionist was helpful, and the room was roomy and really clean. The shower had strong pressure, and there were towels plus a TV with YouTube and Netflix. For a budget hotel, I expected the basics, so this was a nice surprise. Just remember the RM50 deposit and RM6 heritage fee. Great value ✨

Being close to Mydin mall and food places was handy, and at night you can spend time at Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah. Parking on weekday mornings needs to be paid through an app or TNG eWallet. Thanks to the staff for moving us to a ground-floor room. It made going out and checking out with the kids much easier. The receptionist was friendly, and the room was larger than we expected. There’s a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, plus a remote, free towels, and a prayer mat. The towels and mat need to be returned at checkout.

We stayed one night as a family and had a pleasant time. There’s a lift, which helped with all our luggage, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. We’d come back.
