The location was handy and our room was clean during our two-night stay. I’d happily return, and would recommend it.

A comfortable stay in a clean, spacious apartment-style hotel. It’s convenient for a family getaway, and Ipoh Parade is within walking distance.

It’s near Ipoh Parade, handy for grabbing a quick meal or doing some shopping. The property seems quite new, and the furnishings, mattress and appliances were new too. Our room was clean.

The breakfast buffet wasn’t really there. On my first morning, the staff ignored me, there was no spread, and I couldn’t even get coffee, so I went out for breakfast. Parking was frustrating as well: there were lots right in front, but staff said they were only for directors. Not one car used them while we were there, and we had to park in the basement. The hotel didn’t feel guest-focused. With renovation work happening every day, it felt more like an industrial building than a hotel, and it was a bit noisy and dusty.
