The price didn’t feel worth it. The rooms are expensive and dated, and the beds and pillows are pretty hard. There’s no outlet by the bed, only one on a table at the far edge of the room. The bedside lamps couldn’t be switched off, pigeons were gathered outside the window, and hot water was barely available. I may have been a bit harsh, and I’m sorry for that. The staff were kind and helpful, the parking was good, and there were some nice Chinese restaurants and other places nearby.

I stayed in a recently renovated room that was clean and comfortable, and felt it was great value for the money. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff were friendly and their service was excellent.

The rooms were quiet, the beds were massive, and the prices were low. Service and security were good too. Basement parking uses touchNgo card entry, while motorcycles, at least in my experience, can squeeze through the side of the gantry. The view from the window looks out over the housing neighborhoods, and there’s a private feel to the place. It looks old at first, but I enjoyed its 1980s heritage atmosphere, like a personal Hong Kong movie getaway 😎. Good value.

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the bathroom was filthy, with a wet floor and poor upkeep. The sheets looked unchanged, stained, and smelled bad too. It was well below basic hygiene, so I couldn’t stay and left right away. I uploaded photos as proof and requested a full refund. The refund was rejected. I checked in and immediately checked out. No refund is fine, but this hotel sucks.
