Hotel Nusa CT

It's a basic hotel, fine for a simple stopover. Being close to the 2nd link makes it handy for an overnight stay before crossing to Singapore.

The place around the hotel felt isolated, with lots of large trucks parked nearby, and the restaurant downstairs was in disrepair. Room 208 was a mess: the door and both windows were broken, the wallpaper was damaged, the blanket was soiled, and the TV didn't work. When we checked in at 6pm and complained, Ms Arrissa wouldn't let us switch rooms. She told us to cancel through ctrip, saying the hotel was full, but it was already too late to find another place. After about 10 minutes of arguing, she moved us to room 207, which was less rundown. If I hadn't pushed to stay, I think she would have just sent us away. This was the most horrible hotel I've ever stayed in. I should've read the other reviews more carefully.

The room was cold from the great air conditioning, and the shower had strong pressure with both hot and cold water. But this isn't a place I'd choose for a family holiday, only for work trips out of town. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the toilet seat was broken, and both lifts smelled like garbage.

I stayed 3D2N, and the place didn't live up to what the online photos and description led me to expect. The restaurant beside the lobby looked open in the pictures, but it isn't operating anymore, which felt misleading. The surrounding area didn't feel welcoming or relaxing to me. There are many foreign workers around now, and even passing the nearby shop lots was unpleasant because of strong body odors. Maybe other people would be fine with it, but I wasn't. I'm sharing this so people can set their expectations, and I hope management updates the website to match the current situation. I won't come back.
