OYO 90794 Maple Hotel

We booked six days because we had lots planned, but left and stayed at a hotel across the road. We couldn't get reimbursed. If you end up in the same situation, I recommend Lavender hotel across the road. It was a lifesaver, with friendly staff, a spacious room and a reasonable price. At this place, the room smelled humid and moldy, and there were almost no toilet rolls left. The room and bathroom seemed not to have been cleaned for who knows how long. It didn't feel healthy to stay there. The reception man lived in the reception booth, as the photo shows, and was very rude. He didn't check our reservation properly and started screaming when he found we'd booked online. He said online guests get the bad, smelly rooms because they use discounts. When we argued that it wasn't fair, he yelled, "No like, call police". We felt defeated and went to the room.

THE DIRTIEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. I don't understand how this rubbish dump hotel can be listed online. PLEASE REMOVE THIS DIRTIEST HOTEL FROM YOUR LISTING.

A one-star OYO hotel and one of my worst stays. I've often used other OYO hotels in other places and they've been good, or at least not bad. At OYO Maple, though, the room was old and dirty, with no towel or toilet soap, and stains on the toilet bowl and floor. I couldn't tolerate it. Also, don't book online. The receptionist didn't know how to check an online reservation and accused us of being scammers 😅 It's fine to be cautious, but he should know how to verify a legitimate online booking instead of accusing people at random and causing trouble.

The pictures fooled me. The reviews made it seem like everything would be okay, but it turned out very badly. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
