The shower barely worked, and the only water was steaming hot, hot enough that you could cook mee Maggi in it. The room also smelled awful. Maybe consider this hotel if you're desperate or have no other options.

We booked two rooms, but the AC in one wouldn't cool. When we asked for help, they told us to squeeze into one room and offered no refund for the other. The toilet was very dirty, there was no shampoo, only one lamp worked, and the bed was dirty too.

The surroundings were clean, which was the only good thing. Bottled water costs extra, there was no kettle, and the counter was often unattended. The facilities were poor.

I like staying here with my family when we visit JB because it's near UTM. It's a basic place, not a luxury hotel, but I'd recommend it.

The front desk staff were friendly, but I wouldn't recommend the place. The cleanliness of the rooms and other facilities needs a lot of work. It's near several Arabic restaurants.
