The staff lent us their foldable umbrellas when they heard we were going for a walk around the block, which was really helpful. I also appreciated their effort to reduce waste: no single-use water or shower gel bottles, and house slippers were available only on request. Thank you for thinking about it.

The room was clean, spacious and reasonably priced. I was fine with it for the money, though I’d have preferred a window beside the bed, and my room’s layout didn’t have one. There weren’t any slippers in the room, but you could try asking at the front desk. Also, be ready to leave an RM50 deposit.

We spotted this hotel on a booking site, liked the reviews and decided to give it a try. The room was a good size for our family and being right beside the lobby was super convenient for us. It was clean, the bathroom was well looked after, and the supplied soaps smelled nice. The bed was comfortable, and they had the essentials, including a hair dryer. Breakfast was easy since there are a few restaurants next door. My kids were especially happy with YouTube and Netflix. Parking right outside the hotel was great too. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it! :D

The room was clean enough, and the location is close to shops, food and reflexology places. If you sleep well despite noise, it seems like a good budget room. The soundproofing is pretty bad, though. You can hear everything clearly from the corridor and the next room.
