B4701 Space Residency, Studio, KSL Mall, JB City

A nice spot for a staycation, with a good view and a clean, comfortable place. Check-in was easy, and the host was friendly and always reachable. Basic kitchen utensils were provided, as were body wash, shampoo, towels, and hair dryers.

The main bedroom had a moldy smell, and the housekeeping didn’t seem properly done. The kettle had been used and left unwashed by the previous guest, so it smelled bad and we couldn’t boil water in it. Two pillowcases were dirty, which made me wonder whether the sheets had been changed. There was no clothes hanger in the common bathroom, so I had to put my clothes on the toilet seat, where they got wet during my shower. The one good thing is that it’s near KSL mall. I’d heard good reviews about Space Residency, but maybe this owner is different. I’ll try another group in Space Residency. By MxM

There’s a great choice of local food right across the road, and you can still find something to eat late at night. Nearby options include grilled fish at Da Zhong Coffee Shop, frog porridge, and a Ramly burger, so you won’t go hungry. Haha. 🍜🍔 The facilities are great too. The heated pool is especially comfortable for kids, who can swim without getting chilled. The friendly security guards also help the place feel safe and welcoming. Once the mall below is fully open, it’ll be even more convenient. It’s already a great spot, and I’m looking forward to seeing it get livelier. 🌟

The surroundings are clean, and the pool and gym are really nice and clean too. It’s a good location, just downstairs and a short walk to KSL, and across the road after Novotel. There are lots of good restaurants and durian shops with good deals and discounts. 👍👍👍👍👍
