I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’m so pleased with this affordable hotel that I want to recommend it to anyone on a tight budget. The room has a TV, table and chair, kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, tissues, and drinking water. There’s no hanger, but there are hooks and a rail, and the window is good. The toilet was clean, the tiles looked nicer than you’d expect at a budget hotel, and there was hot water and other toiletries. The lift felt safe too, haha. I booked through Agoda for a cheaper rate. Definitely recommend it.

The room was non-carpeted, and we were in room 101. Cleanliness was excellent, and the price and location were good, with Grab easy to get. The hot water from the heater didn’t work very well. The TV mostly had Singapore channels, while the Malaysia channels weren’t regular, if that matters to you.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. It’s about 20 minutes from JB Sentral, but there isn’t much to eat nearby besides McDonald’s and Giant, a 5-10 minute walk away. The room needs improvement: the pillow had yellow stains, the toilet wasn’t clean, the sink drained very slowly, and there was no exhaust fan.

The room was very clean and smelled nice, with plenty of bathroom amenities, and the price is affordable for a tight budget. Parking is open air and can be difficult. You can hear motorcycles and cars outside because the room isn’t soundproof. There’s also a RM50 room deposit.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff gave excellent service. Food and leisure spots are easy to reach from this part of town. But being right by the main road means it's really noisy, so you won't need an alarm.
