The lift is always getting stuck, and sometimes we have to call Bomba to help people trapped inside. I’ve only been renting this place for four months, and I’m already stressed. Coming back exhausted from work and having to climb the stairs to level 6 is awful. Management is very bad. The rent is expensive for such poor service, a bad place for the price.

The breakfast was a real highlight, especially the delicious nasi goreng, and the staff were always smiling. The room was clean and cozy, and I liked pretty much everything about this hotel. It’s nearly perfect for a budget stay. Two things could be improved: room service to deliver food to the room, and the outside parking lot looks scary. Apart from that, everything was perfect. Definitely recommend it, and I’ll come again.

On 19 March, I heard people yelling in the corridor and slamming a door, but there was nowhere I could find to comment or complain. I don’t feel this is safe place to stay. There’s no front desk or available management contact. Parcels went missing despite the card key access, and no action was taken. There was no CCTV installed. The Wi-Fi was unstable and sometimes wouldn’t connect for hours. The entrance was dark, with dim lighting around the hotel and an old lift. There was no guard either. I’m leaving this comment here, and management should take action after reading it.

The location is good, and the service was efficient. The swimming pool and car park are both difficult to access because they’re across from the main hotel. The room is missing quite a few basic things, including shampoo and a hair dryer. You have to request the hair dryer at reception.
