The bathroom was a pleasant surprise, with lots of space, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. Both receptionists on duty were welcoming and friendly, and looked after me really well during my stay at Golden Court Hotel Sri Pelangi. I could hear some corridor noise now and then, including guests arriving or leaving, since the rooms aren't very soundproof. It wasn't a big problem for me, though. I had a very pleasant stay and would happily return or recommend the hotel.

This stay was a big improvement on my last one. The room was clean and comfortable this time, whereas before it wasn't clean and the receptionist wasn't professional. Mr Francis was especially welcoming. He greeted me with a smile, made check-in quick and easy, patiently answered my questions, and shared useful information. He also suggested some nearby places to eat. I'm glad I got such good service this time. ☺️

My booking was for two nights, from 1/5 to 3/5. The hotel had promised to keep a window room for me, but on the second day they didn't issue me a room. I came before midnight, and you informed the apps that I should come back after midnight. Before leaving, I gave the hotel my name and explained why I needed to change rooms. They agreed, but this was the outcome? No room, and I was told to contact the apps directly about the hotel's mistake. Where's the fairness or consistency in how my case was handled?
