This is my third stay, and it's a nice place. The owner is cool, and it's generally good to stay here. Just don't leave sweets or food on the table, or the ants will eat them. The walls are thin enough that you can hear everyone, and everyone can hear you. The cleaner is noisy in the morning. I can't tell if she does it on purpose, maybe to wake people who are checking out soon.
The house itself is nice and new, and the owner has clearly made an effort to keep it neat and presentable. But the listing is misleading. We booked what we thought was a Homestay for two nights with our family, expecting a private house, and found it was just a room in a house shared with complete strangers. Some of our things went missing too. As a Muslim family, we found it difficult to move around because the women needed to wear hijab around the strangers in the shared house. The ad should explain this arrangement clearly so potential guests aren't misled. If you need privacy with your family, this isn't the place. If sharing your space with strangers doesn't bother you, it may suit you.
The location isn't the best, but the place is super clean and has nice amenities. They leave coffee, biscuits, and peanuts for you. The host is really friendly and helpful, and there are some cool restaurants nearby.
A comfortable, clean room with a homely feel. The owner is pleasant, and there are free tea, coffee, cookies, and other snacks. There's a food court about a five-minute walk away.
We booked before arriving, but the codes sent by SMS didn't work. When we called, the staff said the booking was invalid. The service was unacceptable.
