Havona Boutique Hotel @ Mount Austin - Self Check-In

Good value, with a clean, cosy room and clean toilet. The self-service check-in kiosk was simple to use, and the staff were very friendly. It’s fairly close to Aeon and Toppen.

We were visiting a relative and wanted somewhere clean to rest before a long drive the next day. The self-service kiosk handles both check-in and check-out. We weren’t expecting much, but the place was decent, clean, and good value.

The reception looked professional, and the rooms felt private. My room and the toilet were clean, with two towels and body and hair soap provided. There was construction outside during the day, though that may vary. I’d generally recommend it if you just need somewhere to rest.

I had trouble sleeping because the room didn’t block sound. I could clearly hear other guests talking and making noise, as well as vehicles passing on the road outside. If the noise weren’t an issue, I’d consider coming back. The room was small but clean, in a convenient location, and self check-in was easy. They required a RM50 cash deposit and returned it at check-out.
