I hope management cleans the rooms properly before guests arrive. The floor was very dusty, with a few strands of hair, and the bedsheets and linen felt itchy and uncomfortable to sleep on. The toilet is sink, and the tiles were moldy. The room also smelled of old dust when I walked in. I'd read quite a lot of good reviews, but this was my experience. I would love to come back next time and hope the hotel has improved by then.

I checked in about an hour ago, and so far I like this hotel. The hospitality is pretty good 👍. Everything's okay so far.

Worst hotel I've stayed in. The room was nothing like the one advertised, the air conditioner was leaking, and the floor had dirty stains when we arrived. The water flow was very slow too. I felt disgusted staying even one night, though I'd paid for a week. We got to Jb in the middle of the night and had no energy left to find another hotel, so I didn't mind losing the money and checking out quickly the next day.

For a 2 star hotel, it's quite decent. The sheets were clean, the water heater worked, and the water pressure was good. They even provided teh tarik. Hot drinking water and an iron were available too.

The staff were excellent, approachable, and quick to help however they could to make my stay comfortable. The room itself was decent for a hitchhiker kind of stay, with basic amenities, though the water pressure was an issue. It's next to the famous Angsana Mall, about a 10-minute walk from the mall, boutiques, and a bank. Private hire driving services can get there easily.
