Hotel Sri Impian

It was a pleasant surprise to find an iron and ironing board in the room. The room and bathroom were both very clean, and the hotel is close to lots of eateries, self-service laundries, and a supermart. My only concern is that there’s no grab bar outside the bathroom. The bathroom floor is higher than the bedroom floor, so a grab bar would make getting in and out easier for people with leg problems.

There are lots of food options nearby, along with a value ringgit shop, self laundry services, and other places. The counter service was pleasant, and they carefully explained how to use the keys and key card. The hotel has an old-school feel, different from typical high-end places. Even though the exterior looks unpolished, it’s really well kept and super clean inside. The toilet was clean and dry too. It was a unique experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting something different.

Really good value for money. The room is quite small, but the toilet was surprisingly clean, better than some 3-4 star hotels. There’s paid majlis parking available, and a 24-hour restaurant next door. It’s near Plaza Angsana and other shops, and there’s a safety lock for entering the hotel. Really recommended.

The room felt homely even though it was a bit old-school. It was clean, the bathroom was clean, and it was very comfortable for me, my husband, our two kids, and my elderly mother. She got a ground-floor room, which was a huge relief. The owner was very helpful and the customer service friendly. Nearby there’s a restaurant, eco shop, laundry, mosque, and main road. I’d consider staying again if we travel to JB in future.
