I regret booking this place on Agoda for my three days of work. The hotel wouldn't change our room or give a refund. It was dusty, cockroaches were everywhere, and the toilet window was cracked. We booked a room with coffee packs, but there were none, and the kettle looked decades old. There was sometimes a lot of noise from the Vietnam girls. I definitely wouldn't stay here with family.

I stayed in standard room 411, which had no window. The parking is public and limited, and the elevator is small, but the hot water worked well and I slept well overall. For a budget hotel, I got what I paid for. The area is great, with eateries all around and within walking distance of MCD, Dominos, Tea Garden, 7E, Mr DIY, Chinese eateries, and sushi. Convenience stores are scattered nearby too.

The room felt rather dim and romantic. There was no ventilation or hot water pot.

The price was reasonable for one night, but the cockroaches were hard to accept. The mattresses were old and flaky underneath the bedsheets.

The door access has been upgraded. My room was clean, with no stains, and the bathroom was plain but fine. The aircond worked well. There's no kettle, though, and the hot water is on the ground floor near the lift.
