The rooms were cleaned very well every day, and everyone we dealt with was polite, professional, and accommodating. We were impressed by how promptly they handled even small requests, with towels or extra toilet paper usually arriving at our door in about five minutes. On the first night, we found the bathroom lock knob was missing. I told reception it wasn’t urgent and that fixing it within a couple of days would be fine. A staff member arrived just ten minutes later and had the lock working in under five minutes. That kind of response set the tone for the trip. It’s a smaller hotel, but the service felt as dedicated and efficient as at a large luxury resort. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in JB.

The room was clean, roomy, and quiet, easily worth 5 stars. The price was good, and the corner lot location works well. The service was good too, especially from the professional guy at the desk from Nepal.

The bathroom lock was missing when we arrived, but after I mentioned it to reception and said it could wait a couple of days, someone came to our room ten minutes later and fixed it in five. We also got any extra towels or toilet paper we asked for within about five minutes. Staff were polite and accommodating, and the room was cleaned well each day. It’s a small hotel with the service attitude of a five star place. We’ll stay here again next time we come to JB.

Booked this for a friend visiting from out of town, my first time here. Lots of food places, cafes, restaurants, banks, and massage parlours are all within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the toiletries were okay. The toilet door was really stuck and hard to open, especially after locking it from inside. Amenities were nothing much to comment on. So far, okay.

Really friendly counter staff, and the VIP room was big, clean, and had everything. First time staying here, and it feels like a hidden gem. I’ll come back!
