My parents decided not to stay after the way the front desk treated them. We’d booked and paid in full through Booking.com, and arrived a little early just to check that the reservation was in the system. The staff raised their voice at my parents without properly checking and said there was no booking. They stayed calm and respectful, but the staff shouted and used very inappropriate language. Only after we showed the booking and payment confirmations did the staff admit the reservation existed. Then they said my parents couldn’t enter because they were with my brother, claiming three people weren’t allowed. The whole experience was upsetting and unacceptable. Basic respect and customer service should be a minimum in hospitality.

I booked through Booking.com, but the hotel cancelled my booking and gave the room to another customer. The management was irresponsible and this felt like a scam. Don’t book here.

You can hear sounds from other rooms because there’s no soundproofing. It doesn’t feel like a family hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Foreigners are running the hotel.

The room was filthy, with cockroaches, tiny flies, and bugs. The carpet had stains, and the bed made my body itchy.
