The rooms are a decent size and cost less than nearby competitors, with an acceptable level of service, so it's good value overall. Cleanliness needs work, though: there were visible black mold spots in the shower and some unexplained stains on the towel. Aside from those snags, it was quite good.

We paid RM299.00 for a night's rest and got two queen-sized beds, four toothbrush sets, and two sets of shower gel and shampoo. The Agoda rating was 8.8, so we decided to check it out. Reception staff were friendly and smiled generously 😁 There's plenty of food nearby for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or supper, all within walking distance 😋. A car workshop is next door too, handy if anything goes wrong with your car after a long drive 👍

I've been staying here regularly for 1-2 years, and the commercial area nearby has places to eat and drink just a short walk away. This time my room was nowhere near what I expected. The bedsheets were stained, the floor was dirty, and there were many visible hairs on top of the bed by the light. It looked like the room hadn't been cleaned at all. They really need to clean more thoroughly.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Permas Jaya, less than 20 minutes from the heart of JB. The hotel is neatly designed and has a pleasant atmosphere.

This wasn't worth the price. For the same nightly rate, you could stay somewhere much better. The aircon wasn't cold, even after they moved me to another room. The replacement room was still dirty, with shampoo and body wash left behind by the previous guest. There was mold all around and cockroaches too. The receptionist was eating nasi lemak with salted fish at the reception desk, and not everyone can tolerate that smell. I recommended this hotel to my friends and ended up disappointing them 🙃
