The hotel has clean rooms with the basics needed for a comfortable stay, and all room types are currently on promotion for RM 69, which is good value. Nearby, Pasar Borong Pandan City is quiet in the daytime, then gets lively at night as locals come to shop for groceries. The wet market, under a five-minute walk away, sells fish, vegetables, and fruit. A night market runs from 4pm to 2 am with clothes, shoes, DVDs, and other things. There’s plenty to eat too, including a food court focused on Malay food, street vendors, and two large durian stalls. I’d come back.
