OYO 503 Hotel Aromas JB

There’s no hotel parking, so you have to leave the car by the roadside, some distance away. The main road and nearby gas station bring a bit of traffic noise. The room itself is fairly spacious and has a functional, big LCD TV, but the sheets, blanket, and towels all look pretty worn.

I came here to rest, but the room smelled bad and I decided not to stay. Dust was all over the floor, the toilet was in poor shape, and the place looked badly maintained. There wasn’t much provided in the room, such as complimentary food or drinks, and it wasn’t soundproof, so every footstep in the corridor came through. The convenient location is a plus, with a bus stop about five minutes away.

Your workers damaged my car while it was parked in front of the hotel for a week. I have dashcam footage, and I’ve filed a police report.

The room had mould on the ceiling, a cockroach, and little insects in the bathroom. There were holes in the curtains, cigarette ends scattered through the hallways, a crack in the glass front door, and a window that wouldn’t close properly. Smoking is allowed in rooms, though the booking website didn’t mention that, and my belongings all smelled strongly of it when I left. The smoke also made my lungs suffer during the stay. The location wasn’t ideal either. Please don’t stay here, you’ll be miserable.
