Finding the main lobby was exhausting because there were no signs to guide guests. The signs for blocks A and B are tiny, so first-time visitors can easily get confused. Parking was confusing too: there’s no "Visitor parking" sign, but guests are supposed to park in the contractor parking area. We also weren’t told the swimming pool rules in advance. Since we didn’t have swimming suits, the guests couldn’t use the pool. That was especially disappointing for the children.

The cartoon theme runs through the kid-friendly apartment, even the bedsheets, and there were toys and card games for the kids. It was clean and had all the facilities provided. Nothing to complain about. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The place is about a five-minute walk from Paradigm Mall, which is excellent. The condition is average, and although the room is big, it’s average too, like most JB condos.

Getting in and out was simple with self check-in and check-out, and the apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet. You need an access card for the building, lift, and carpark. Management sent clear directions and instructions for check-in, check-out, the location, and parking. It’s beside a petrol station and about a five-minute walk from Paradigm Shopping mall. There’s a pool, free WiFi, and free parking.

The unit is reasonably maintained, and the facilities are decent. Security staff are friendly and helpful, unlike at many apartments where guards bark at visitors. The location is great.
