The balcony had a lovely unobstructed sea view, and the apartment was clean, cozy, and spacious, with plenty of room to spread out. There are bistros, shops, and restaurants on-site, making it easy to have a relaxing break without going far. Designated parking was useful for driving, though traffic on nearby roads can get heavy at peak times. The location also works well for public transport. A few things could be improved. The queen-sized bed and comforter felt small in such a large apartment, and a King size would be more comfortable. An air purifier or dehumidifier would help with the climate and humidity. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shaving kits aren’t supplied, so bring your own. Self check-in and check-out mean collecting and returning the room access and parking card from a mailbox; it works, but clear instructions before arrival are needed. There’s also a mirror facing the bed, which may bother guests who are sensitive to that. I had a fantastic short getaway at R & F Princess Cove. It was comfortable and convenient, with a stunning view, and I’d recommend it for a relaxing escape.

Getting to Singapore was so easy since we could walk through R&F Mall to CIQ. I loved that convenience, and the view of the JB–Singapore bridge was a perfect backdrop for morning coffee. The room was comfortable and very clean. When the AC wasn't cooling enough, the team came quickly and fixed it. Extra blankets, towels, or tissues arrived without any hassle. They really looked after us. My first trip to JB won me over with its slower pace and how comfortable and convenient the stay felt. R&F Princess Cove made it feel like home. I'd happily come back, maybe for longer.

I won't stay in this apartment again. The bathroom had no hot water, and the shower door had a fly's wing on it. It didn't feel like a proper apartment room. There's a sign saying not to flush toilet paper, but it doesn't say where to put it. Also, bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, even for a stay of less than one night.

Jia En was the best part of our stay. We could reach customer service on WhatsApp, and she answered my messages within seconds and handled my requests smoothly. She made sure we were comfortable, so the service gets 100/100 from me. The place felt new or renovated, with lots of space and good ventilation. The only drawbacks were noisy daytime construction and low pressure from the bidet spray. Still, we enjoyed it very much.

The two-bedroom unit was modern and well kept by the operator, and it was good value. The sea view was nice, though R&F mall was a real disappointment.
