Management transferred my car lot to someone else without telling me, even though I’m still using the parking space and have the parking card. The management and committee are bad. Please replace the management.

The lifts are always breaking down, the corridors are dark, and rubbish outside can sit uncleared for weeks. Management collects a high maintenance fee but doesn’t finish the work, and treats the place like a PPR flat. Sometimes they don’t reply when I message on WhatsApp. They completely ignore the people here. The management and committee are bad.

Please change the management! I emailed them and waited two weeks for a reply, and even that only came after I went to the office and confronted them. Otherwise, I don’t think they would ever have read my email. They weren’t friendly and never even smiled. This is by far the worst management I’ve had.

The maintenance fees are high, the lift breaks down often, and reaching your car means going outside in the sun or rain.
