The shared bathroom is the main drawback, since this is basically a two-storey house set up more like an inn than a hotel. My room was at the front beside reception, though, and I liked the sliding glass door with a grille instead of a window. Fresh air came straight in each morning. The classroom theme includes a blackboard, but guests aren't allowed to write on it. The receptionist was helpful, though he was Indonesian and couldn't speak English, so be ready to use gestures if you don't speak Malay. Still, it was a pleasant stay.

A really bad stay. It's far away, expensive, and the place looked nothing like the photos. There was no helpful staff, no English spoken, and no hot drinking water. You also have to queue to use the bath.
