I booked a hotel at the last minute, and for a budget place it seemed like a fairly reasonable choice. There wasn’t much else to complain about, though the bathroom door had no lock.

The room was dirty and smelled bad. I was so disappointed that I couldn’t bring myself to stay even one night, so I checked out straight away.

We had to stay here with my family because I needed to make a VEP. After lying in bed for a while, we felt itchy. The room was tiny and filthy, with lots of cockroaches. The pillows were yellow, and both the quilt and pillows smelled musty. The lights were broken, leaving the whole room dark, and the shower water came out so weakly that I kept wondering if I’d rinsed properly. A really terrible, dirty hotel. Choose carefully.

The room for three people was okay, but having no lock on the bathroom door felt quite improper.

The car park is full, probably because there’s a car rental shop nearby. At least the police station is next door, so you can feel assured about safety. The hotel’s glory days are clearly behind it, and now it’s a budget hotel with worn furniture.
