The lifts are a constant problem, and sometimes both are out of service for weeks while management does nothing. At busy times, residents can wait through several trips before getting home. There are also many foreigners staying here, and it’s noisy all the time. It feels like management may not have enough money to maintain the building properly. Terrible place.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and felt generally secure, though the building isn’t as modern as newer apartments. The access card works for the lift and lobby, but not the unit door, so you have to carry both a physical key and the card. The WhatsApp communication was responsive from the start, and check-in was easy at the customer service counter inside the mall, just past the entrance near Burger King. Staff were friendly, and 24-hour security helped us feel safe. Getting into the mall is easy and it has a good range of things, but food choices are limited to what’s inside. I wouldn’t recommend women go out after midnight: groups of men play cards around McDonald’s, which I saw when I needed something from 7-Eleven. The sink tap was hard to turn off properly and might need replacing. I forgot to mention it at checkout. As with most apartment rentals, read and understand the rules at the start to avoid misunderstandings and make the stay comfortable. Despite those small issues, the place was comfortable and spacious, and would be my first choice if I visit the Balakong area again.

This was a terrible Chinese New Year experience. I stayed last night and used my access card for parking. The payment machine was clearly malfunctioning, but instead of checking the system properly, a staff member accused me of not paying and scolded me, calling me a liar. That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. I followed the proper procedure and parked in the correct lot.

The rubbish bin area on the 10th floor of Tower B is very unpleasant. There are lots of cockroaches around, making it uncomfortable even to take out the trash.
