Bangi Resort Hotel

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the RM199 promotion for a Deluxe Room with breakfast was great value for my 2D1N stay. I'd been here several times for training, but this was my first overnight visit. The main small issue was the slippery toilet floor tiles, so be careful. Check-in could be improved. I don’t know whether the delay was caused by the system or something else, but each check-in seemed to take a long time. During the school holidays, guests had travelled from far away and were tired. Mine took about 1.5 hours, and the lobby felt warm, with no apparent air conditioning. Apart from that, I had a very pleasant stay and would consider coming back if management improves check-in.

The keychain making session with Matteo was a highlight. We designed and made our own keychains, and he was friendly, helpful, easy to talk to, and patient throughout. We got chatting while we worked and spent over an hour there without noticing. Bangi Resort Hotel had a calm, peaceful, relaxing feel, and the visit was memorable. I’d recommend it for a relaxing getaway with fun activities.

The food was delicious and there was a great variety to choose from. We spent two weeks at Bangi Resort Hotel for our program, and the room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. Everyone on staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, with excellent service throughout. Thanks to the whole team for making it such an enjoyable, memorable stay. We’d love to return and highly recommend it.
