It's comfortable and works well for staying with my family. I'm often outstation and find it hard to choose a good place, but OYO is a good fit for someone like me who travels for work a lot. I hope OYO keeps up its performance and service.

The room was good, but the counter staff could use training in courtesy and customer service. A sour expression, no smile, and speaking very quietly aren't good ways to deal with guests.

There's Wi-Fi, but being able to connect and actually use it are two different things. Unfortunately, coverage doesn't reach every room. The reception said each room has only one charging socket, behind the TV, which is awkward if your charger is bulky. If neither of those things bothers you, the room is great for the price.

We booked through Agoda, but when we got there the hotel was closed. We hope it never opens again and scams more people. Thanks to both Agoda and the hotel for that lesson.

Housekeeping was really poor. Things used by the previous guest were still in the bathroom, and the room smelled of smoke. The bathroom door was broken and its knob was loose. Very disappointed.
