My furnished studio on the 28th floor is much in demand with prospective tenants. The building is well located, within walking distance of Bukit Dukung and Batu 11 MRT stations, roughly midway between them. It also has a nice pool and gym on the 11th floor. The security supervisor is efficient and helpful.

The location is one of the best for me. It's an impressive building with great facilities, and I had a wonderful stay there.

The location and the view are both nice, and the amenities are good.

You get a good view and can watch the sunset every day. There is some noise, though, with ambulances passing here and there every single day. It works well for a short vacation.

I liked having privacy while renting here, and the management handles complaints and notices efficiently. The current security guards are good mannered and do their jobs well. I had to move because I needed somewhere closer to my office. The view is nice, but being next to the highway makes it noisy unless you keep the window or sliding door shut. It was a great place to live when the commute wasn't too far.
