It's time to replace the old TV. I turned it on, but the screen stayed blue all night. It doesn't work anymore.

I booked a Quadraple Room on Agoda at 7:51pm and paid RM63.23 in full, with no cancellation option. When we got to the hotel at 8:51pm, reception said all the rooms were full and told us to wait 10 minutes in case someone checked out. We waited until midnight, got no response, and they wouldn't refund us because the Agoda booking couldn't be cancelled. I checked Agoda and the Quadraple Room was still listed. It felt like an easy way to make money: we'd paid in full, but they said there were no rooms.

They did us a favor, and we really appreciate it. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, so it was a good deal overall.

A completely horrible experience. We'd booked through a third party and paid in full, but the receptionist said there was no reservation under our booking ID and argued with us. The service was awful.
