OYO 90118 Suntex Hotel

There are plenty of food stalls just downstairs, so finding something to eat was easy. I booked two double beds for two nights. The staff were friendly and helped with my luggage, and the room was spacious, but it needs a lot of work. The beds weren't very comfortable, the room smelled, and there were mosquitoes. They had air freshener, so that helped a bit. The shower was tiny and the water pressure low, which made bathing take ages.

We booked two nights, but left after the first and found another hotel. The room was musty and smelled bad, there were cockroaches everywhere, and the air conditioning wasn't cold. The bedsheets looked dirty, like someone had just used them. The area didn't feel safe for girls at all. I really wouldn't recommend staying here.

We stayed for two nights and couldn't sleep properly because there were bed bugs. We asked to change rooms, but found them in the next room too, and got bitten. The rest of the place was dirty as well, with dusty floors, ants everywhere, stains, and a bad smell. The photos they showed gave a very different impression. Worst hotel ever.

The room had food left in it and clearly hadn't been cleaned. The man serving us was unfriendly, and the hotel service didn't match what the online service suggested. The pictures online aren't real. Other OYO hotels have been good, but this one hands out rooms at random and still hasn't improved despite all the complaints.
