The rooms and food were good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort was kept clean. Still, the canceled Broga Hill hike was a real disappointment. We chose it as one of the four package activities and told the organizer at least two weeks ahead. We were asked to meet at 5.30am so we'd reach the top in time for sunrise. But it was dark, and fallen logs from recent tree cutting blocked the trail. Before we'd covered even a third of the way, the guide said we had to turn back. They'd tried another route, but that was blocked too. The organizer could have checked the trail beforehand, especially since we'd told them our group planned to hike it. We were also told the previous group to hike there had been a month earlier, which made a safety check even more necessary. They did arrange a replacement activity after the hike was canceled.

This was my third visit with groups of students, and there are even more activities now. The surroundings are beautiful, the facilities clean, and the staff friendly. It's a great place for families, school camps, and company team-bonding trips.

There are lots of activities to enjoy, and the pool and outdoor spaces are great for relaxing or having fun. The food was delicious, the rooms comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. Paradise Valley Resort felt peaceful, clean, and close to nature. We had a wonderful time, and it seems well suited to families and company trips. A lovely short getaway to recharge.

The instructors, Azi, Aiman, Ah John, and Zul, were experienced, fun, and helpful. They also gave our team plenty of room to talk and bond with each other. The activities they arranged made for a fantastic team-building stay. The facilities were well maintained, the rooms comfortable, the food good, and the staff friendly and professional. We loved our time at Paradise Valley Broga Resort. Thanks for a memorable team-building event.

I really enjoyed the resort's natural surroundings and fresh air. Paradise Valley is a great place to visit if you like nature and a peaceful setting. The room was clean and tidy, and the food, cooked by a Malay Muslim chef, was amazing. I had a great stay with my family and would definitely return.
