For RM 41, the room for two comes with all the amenities except a kettle, glasses, and coffee or tea bags. The washroom is roomy, the water pressure is very strong, and there's hot water. The hotel is very clean and suitable for anyone to stay in. Though it's been operating for a few years, it still looks new. It's at the elbow between two rows of shops, so some rooms have odd shapes. Not bad for the price, huh?

I stayed here with my family, 4 adults and 1 child, and we all got a good rest. There's open space parking, it's near the highway, and the rooms are decent. They provide towels, and if you get a torn one, you can just ask them to change it. A good place to rest and recharge, and I'd recommend it for the location.

There was no coffee mug, kettle, or water filter. If I wanted hot water, I'd have to buy a tumbler to request it. The toilet wasn't clean, and the customer service wasn't friendly either. It also took hours for the room to cool down because the air conditioner was above the entrance near the toilet, while the bed was far away. It was uncomfortable, and my 6-year-old child developed a fever.

We paid over Rm100 for the room, but the rooms and facilities weren't worth that cost. There was no cleanliness, no water bottle in the room, and the water heater didn't give hot water. Dust covered the room wall, which made the environment unpleasant. Please improve your services.
