The rooms felt cramped, even the deluxe ones, and parking was very limited. Noise from the next room and people in the hallway carried clearly. In the room, the TV didn't work properly and there was no coffee or tea. The toilet's water heater wasn't working either, and water dispensers weren't available on every floor.

If your budget is fixed, you may want to look elsewhere. As someone renting here through Guaaspiration, I should point out that the rent goes up every three months, with tax always given as the reason. Management service is okay apart from the night staff. Some aren't at the counter, saying they're sleepy while they're makan gaji buta. It depends on your luck. If you plan to stay, come during the day. After midnight, the staff may be asleep and makan gaji buta.

Rooms sell quickly in peak season, so it's best to book early. The room was spacious and clean, and worked well for family members. It had a closet for hanging clothes, a dressing table with a mirror, and air conditioning. There's a lift for each floor except the 7th, where you have to go up one flight of stairs.
