The guards' attitude needs serious improvement. Some answer residents rudely and disrespectfully, sometimes with replies that have nothing to do with what's being asked. The earlier guards were much better and used to greet residents politely. Now the guards keep changing, and the quality has become terrible. Instead of checking residents' access cards for no reason, they should deal with the people illegally parked outside and blocking owners' access. Guards shouldn't just confiscate things or act on their own. They need to stop the person and call management to handle it properly. Please understand your responsibilities and do the job right. We're paying management fees and getting this kind of attitude?! 👎 Block A.
