The self check-in and check-out were fine, but the room itself looked poorly cleaned. The curtain seemed dirty, and the carpet didn't absorb water. The bed sheets slipped off as soon as I lay down. The room setup was very bad.

The room smelled bad as soon as I walked in, and it was dirty. There was a TV, but no programs. I called the hotline and nobody answered, and they never followed up on my call. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I don't recommend it.

Poor management. The shower head was completely gone, so the bathroom shower was unusable. They still rented out the room without fixing it, and there wasn't proper sanitization either. 😣

I'm really disappointed. The room didn't match what they advertised, and although a TV was listed, I only found a plug. The Wi-Fi was slow, and the water pressure was weak too. Management is very poor.
