Breakfast had plenty of choices and was delicious, and the location made it easy to reach attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the amenities I needed. I felt welcome and well looked after, and would happily return and recommend the place to visitors.

The room was clean, and it had a kettle, two bottles of water, a TV with local channels, and a water heater in the small bathroom. There were no toiletries. The lobby cafe looked like it might no longer be operating, and the hallways were narrow and maze-like. Noise carried clearly from people talking or walking outside and in nearby rooms. For about RM120 per room, what we got didn't feel like reasonable value. If you're on your own and only need somewhere to sleep, it may be okay. Still, I'd pick another hotel in Kampar.

The bed was comfortable and the room clean, though the pillows were much too soft. Ask for a room away from the main road. Street noise kept me from sleeping well at all.

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes 😷, and the air-conditioner vane wasn't working. I'm a regular customer, so this was extremely disappointing.

For a one-night business trip, it was fine. The room was tidy and clean. They supplied a towel, toothbrush, and body wash, but no shampoo, toothpaste, or hair dryer, so bring those yourself. There was a Coway, ironing board, kettle, and free Wi-Fi, which was fast enough for watching videos. If you want a late-night snack, there's a 7e next door. Parking was easy to find, but remember to pay or you could get a RM20 compound. A decent budget option for a short stay.
