I had a pleasant month-long stay, and the price was reasonable for that length of time. The surroundings were quiet, and the place had a kitchen, washing machine, shower heater and pump, and SMART TV. Thanks to the host.
I stayed in unit 18-1-2, and Alan was a friendly, helpful host who even let me check in early. The studio had everything I needed, including air conditioning, a TV, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, water heater, and basic kitchen utensils. Towels and blankets were provided too. One of the best homestays I've had in Bandar Baru Kampar, and I was very satisfied with my stay. Good job 👍👍👍
The unit looked just like the pictures and was new and clean, with plenty of amenities. It seemed worth staying there, though the place felt a bit haunted. Only a few of the shop lots downstairs were open, which could be a safety concern if you're travelling alone.
The owner was friendly and provided good service and facilities. The homestay was clean, tidy, and quiet. There are restaurants, a mini market, and a self-service dobi nearby.
Large room and bed, peaceful and pleasant. Good price too. I'll come back.
