The room looked beautiful, with plenty of space, and the staff were friendly. Sleep was another story: traffic noise came straight in from the roadside, and the bed and hard pillow were uncomfortable. There’s no elevator, so you’ll have to carry your bags up to the lobby on the first floor. That’s about all I liked.

The bathroom sink couldn’t be used because its head was broken, and the bedsheet was stained and dirty. The bed felt flimsy and noisy, with bent legs under the frame that look close to breaking. The mattress felt like metal, just cheap. The room was terrible, and service took a long time because only one attendee was working.

The receptionist was polite and helpful. The room itself was standard-sized, not very spacious, and there were some stains on the ceiling.

For RM116 I got the cheapest option, a queen bed in a room with no windows. It was so tiny I had to pray right in front of the toilet, but the bed and comforter were really comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern, too. The location is strategic and the price reasonable. I’d come back in future.

The reception staff made me feel at home as soon as I arrived, and check-in was easy. They were friendly, polite, and quick to help, whether I needed local recommendations or anything to make me more comfortable. That warm, efficient service set the tone for a really enjoyable stay. I’d recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, welcoming place.
