The owner was nice, and it was fine for staying a few days. It’s close to UiTM. There wasn’t a washing machine or refrigerator, though, and the water flow was a bit slow. Thanks for having us.

The owner is very friendly and polite, and the place is spacious and comfortable for three or four people. It’s close to the UiTM entrance, with laundry, a grocery store, a nasi kandar place, and bcik corner ayam kunyit padu baq hang nearby. The pokok sawa shop is about five minutes away for lunch. Inside, there’s WiFi, an iron, a smart TV, and air conditioning. The fan makes it really cool, and the roomy bathroom is especially comfortable for older people.

It’s spacious and already set up with two queen beds. I was really satisfied. In Shaa Allah, if I’m lucky enough to come to Perlis again, I’ll stay in this roomstay. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Really good, and close to uitm arau/matriculasi. Recommended.

The family had a comfortable stay in a very clean room at a reasonable price. Basic facilities were there, and the WiFi was fast. Thanks to the owner 🥰
