I’d give this zero stars if I could. This was the worst OYO I’ve stayed in by far. The room and maintenance were awful, with cockroaches and rat droppings. The air conditioner didn’t cool the room, so I asked for a repair or another room. They gave me a fan instead. Since they had a fan ready, and Booking.com reviews have many complaints about the air conditioning, it seems they never fix it. There was just one staff member, a poor aunty left to handle everything. The door lock was bad too, and I had to lock the room from inside. The owner seems stingy, and should not run this kind of business that way. Don’t trust the reviews on OYO’s website, they’re all lies. Booking.com reviews are more trustworthy. They say they’ll fix what’s lacking, but from what I saw, they never did.

Our stay in room 7312 at LTK Home Kanowit was disappointing. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the room was very hot both day and night, so our family couldn’t sleep. We borrowed a fan from the counter and had to open the window to make the room comfortable. Water also stayed on the bathroom floor, leaving it slippery and dangerous, and there was a bit of a smell. These two problems made the stay worse, though fortunately the price was still below average. Please take note for future customers.

Room 7316 was spacious and could fit up to eight people. The air conditioning felt quite warm around noon through late afternoon. The surroundings and location were good, peaceful, and near the town of Kanowit.

This property wasn’t honest with customers. They kept apologizing for replying late, but even after a day had passed since I asked to change my booking dates, it was very difficult to cancel. I found the property’s honesty completely lacking, and I don’t recommend staying here.

The place was spacious and clean. I communicated with just one staff member, who was very helpful to us.
