Petak Padin Cottage By The Pool

I really enjoyed the buttermilk dish, had several servings of it 😂 The spread for our annual family Iftar had lots of choice, including desserts, a mee station, chicken rice and more. The Koay Teow Th'ng was decent, just right for me. The grilled lamb's black pepper sauce was quite salty, though maybe we just got unlucky that day. Registration service was great, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I also liked the prayer room, which is spacious and comfortable. The ablution area is outside it, and they don't provide slippers, which was inconvenient for people wearing shoes. I had to borrow some. We had a barbecue here for a farewell, and the pool right in front of the room made it even nicer. I stayed in the studio, which had a living area, kitchen and fridge. There were lots of mosquitoes outside, probably because it's near the paddy fields, so bring Ridsect if you're planning a visit.

Great for hanging out and having a BBQ. There's room for around 10 families!

I loved how beautiful the place was for the wedding party 😍 Parking is the issue: there's very little of it, and in rainy weather cars can get stuck in the grass. I hope they pave the parking area so that doesn't happen anymore 😔
