The counter staff were polite and tried to help, but the hotel’s cleanliness and facilities were very poor. My room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even after I asked to change rooms. The pillows were extremely dirty and yellow, and there were no towels or mineral water. The TV didn’t work, and there was no elevator. It felt more suited to short stays for other activities than to people looking for an overnight room. We paid to stay here and ended up dealing with secondhand smoke and poor facilities. I hope they improve the rooms and cleanliness for guests who just need a proper night’s stay.

The air conditioner could have been cooler, and they didn’t provide towels. Still, the room and beds were clean, very comfortable, and had no bad smell.

The room itself was good, but they didn’t provide what the app said. When we asked for a towel, they gave us one that was so old and torn it felt like it came from the garbage.

I’ve stayed here regularly for years, but lately the room maintenance has been disappointing. In room 9112, the TV didn’t work, the toilet seat cover was loose, and the window was cracked and wouldn’t close properly. With that many problems, the room wasn’t worth what I paid.

The room was tiny, the bathroom door had no lock, and the towels were dusty. There was also a beer smell in the lift. We booked two nights but left after just one day. Suitable for Banglas.
